How much is a room at Globe Works?
Rooms start from £175 per week. What you pay depends on the room type, the tenancy length and what is left — so live prices for every ensuite and studio are on the Prestige Student Living booking page rather than here.
Are bills included in the rent?
Yes. All utility bills are included, along with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building.
How long are the tenancies?
Globe Works offers 42–51 week stays, so you can match your contract to your course dates.
How far is Globe Works from Aston University?
Aston University is a 12 minute walk. University College Birmingham is 18 minutes, Birmingham City University 19 minutes, and the University of Birmingham is about 34 minutes by public transport — the train from New Street to University station — or a 13 minute drive.
Do I need a UK guarantor?
Not necessarily. Guarantor options are available for international students on new 26/27 bookings — contact the site team to discuss your options.
What is included in my room?
Every room includes a small double bed, study desk and chair, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom, plus access to a shared kitchen.
Is there parking or bike storage?
Secure bike storage is available on site. The building is a short walk from Birmingham city centre and well served by public transport.
