Questions
Things students ask us
How much is a room at Globe Works?
Studios start from £148 per week. What you pay depends on the room type, the tenancy length and what is left — so live prices for every ensuite and studio are on the Prestige Student Living booking page rather than here.
Are bills included in the rent?
Yes. All utility bills are included, along with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building.
How long are the tenancies?
There is more than one length to choose from, including semester stays as well as full academic-year contracts, so you can match your contract to your course dates. Which lengths are available depends on the room type and what is left, so Prestige Student Living confirm the exact options when you book.
How far is Globe Works from Aston University?
Aston University is a 12 minute walk. University College Birmingham and Birmingham City University are both 18 minutes, and the University of Birmingham is about 34 minutes by public transport — the train from New Street to University station — or a 13 minute drive.
